CUSTOM- MADE ORDERS

We understand and appreciate your taste in fine jewellery and would be happy to take custom made orders.

We follow a meticulous process in understanding your requirement. Once you share a photograph or your requirement, we render the design in CAD (our tool to customise jewellery). The design rendered by us is thereafter shared with you to understand if there are adjustments required and then to finalise the design. Once we have your go ahead we get started. No alterations can be made once the piece is already in the making.

EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! However, we would completely understand if you have fallen in love with another beautiful piece and want to exchange the original piece (except pieces on sale and custom-made pieces). Please do note however that should the original piece be of a higher value than the new piece selected by you, we can only give you a store credit for the remaining value excluding (less) taxes and shipping costs (please refer terms of store credit below).

Please note that exchange of a piece of jewellery is subject to inspection by our team and must reach us in the original condition that it was sent to you. The Piece of jewellery must be returned in pristine condition, along with its original packaging and documentation (where applicable) If there is a damage during shipment, the piece of jewellery shall not be accepted. Please note that exchange of the piece of jewellery shall be considered to be complete when a email confirmation is sent to you by us.

You must ensure that return shipment is made within three (3) days of acceptance of your exchange request by us. Refer ‘contact us’ section below for shipment address and related details.

RETURNS

We do not accept any returns except where the items/ pieces received are damaged. For damages pieces/ items kindly share (a) an unpacking video; (b) close-up pictures of the damage within two (2) days of receipt of the courier.
For any piece of jewellery returned by you, you shall receive an equivalent amount as Store Credit (less shipping cost and taxes). Please refer terms of Store Credit for validity and related details.

All Disputes shall Be subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts of Jaipur.

STORE CREDIT

We issue store credit for a limited period of time only. The Store credit should be utilised within three months from date of issuance only. We shall not be responsible or under an obligation to make any refund on account of non-utilisation and/or expiry of time period.
