RETURNS

We do not accept any returns except where the items/ pieces received are damaged. For damaged pieces/ items kindly share (a) an unpacking video; (b) close-up pictures of the damage within two (2) days of receipt of the courier.
For any piece of jewellery returned by you, you shall receive an equivalent amount as Store Credit (less shipping cost and taxes). Please refer terms of Store Credit for validity and related details.
